I do see that you have reached out to us on this subreddit with several related posts over the last few weeks and that you are already in an ongoing conversation with our team via Modmail.I wrote down my download and upload speed test results from both Xfinity’s and Google’s testers both pre-and-post change using 4 different devices, including my laptop both with and without Ethernet. And the new gateway produced slower speeds on every device. I too haven’t yet returned the old gateway so I’m wondering what’s going on ....
