The +P runs about 50-70 fps faster than the standard pressure round in those guns, and I would expect about the same increase over the standard pressure round in the P365. Softer shooter than the XL or original. The 17 round mags add a new dimension to the compact genre. It's a nice handgun, worth solid consideration but I'm getting rid of mine. I carry strong side IWB and the P365 with the flat base magazine is much easier to conceal than the P365 XL because of the height differential. The P365 is also more convenient to carry because the shorter slide and the 10 versus 12 round magazine make the gun lighter.Indoor lighting and low-light situations the Front SIG-H3 Day/Night sight is useless. I have a set of NightFission P-series sights on order; hope the NightFission sights clear up the issues with the SIG factory sights. SIG might as well just ship the P365 with Black Iron Sights and reduce the MSRP cost. ^_^.Brand new p365 can be had for as low as $415, and almost everywhere for $499, so for $815 that better be the awesome new Sig Romeo X Compact optic and not the very inexpensive Romeo Zero series optic. We really need to know the exact brand & model optic to give you a good answer....
